Mountain Dell features four sets of tees; the hole yardages and handicap assignments for each set are shown below. Handicap does not change, regardless of tees.

Canyon Course Rules
- You may, under no penalty, drop away (one club length no nearer to the hole) from all staked trees, yardage markers, shelters, cart paths, drinking fountains, sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
- Yellow stakes & painted lines = water hazard.
Red stakes and painted lines = lateral hazard.
White stakes & painted lines, roadways,
driving range fence, property fences = out of bounds. - Drop areas are designated by red tee markers on hole 16.
Lake Course Rules
- You may, under no penalty, drop away (one club length no nearer to the hole) from all staked trees, yardage markers, shelters, cart paths, drinking fountains, sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
- Yellow stakes & painted lines = water hazard.
Red stakes and painted lines = lateral hazard.
White stakes & painted lines, roadways,
driving range fence, property fences = out of bounds. - Drop areas are designated by red tee markers on holes: 2, 3, 4, 10, 13 & 17.
- All wooden retaining walls are considered integral parts of the golf course. Drop in accordance with rule #28.
- Fairway bunker on #6 shall be played as a maintained bunker.
- If a ball strikes the power line during play on the 3rd hole, the stroke is canceled and the player must play a ball as nearly as possible at the spot from which the original ball was played in accordance with rule 20-5.
